ROM039B -- Marching Centurion - Black Shield

A newly promoted (from within the ranks) Centurion marches out to inspect his men or can just as easily be placed at the side of a marching column. It was common practice for newly promoted Centurions to wear their old Legionnaire armour until new armour could be made or ordered in for them, especially if on campaign to some remote spot.
