This item has a host of problems, which are easier to see than they are to explain. In short, the piece that keeps the front wheels in place has slipped out. The peg can be reinserted and help with a bit of glue. The bumper is "a bit" beat up, as the consignee put it, and will need a little attention. Additionally, Mussolini's hat has been dented. There also appears to be a chunk of the vehicle the broke off near the front. There may be other issues that were not spotted, but these were the most glaring. Don't mind the white specks on the vehicle, that is just the styrofoam that the item was placed in.

For these reasons, this item has been severely discounted.
