JJCLUB-Set #1 - Colonel Sir Peter Halkett and Son - JJ DESIGNS COLLECTORS' CLUB SET #1 (Consign) (ST)

This is one of the many requests that John has received for the Monongahela series over the last year, and should be an excellent example of what he hopes to offer collectors through the Collector Club.

Three members of the Halkett family fought with Braddock at the Battle on the Monongahela. Two were never to return. Colonel Sir Peter Halkett commander of the 44th Regiment of foot, was attempting to rally his men when he was struck down by a musket shot. As Sir Peter fell to the ground his son Lieutenant James Halkett, also of the 44th Regiment rushed to his father’s side. He too was shot, and just as they had fought together, father and son died together.

• There will be a MINIMUM PRODUCTION TARGET. If the Minimum Production Target is not achieved the item will not be produced.
• At the end of the 30 DAY PRE-ORDER PERIOD. If the pre-order totals exceed the Minimum Production Target. The item will be produced.
• The number of pre-orders received in this time will be the LIMITED EDITION of that special Club set.
• Production of the special club set may take 30-90 days.
• Free shipping on this figure is only available if shipped with other John Jenkins sets, otherwise actual shipping costs will be charged

Preorders will finish on October 31st, 2009. After this period this set will no longer be available.
