JGS-046F -- Plastic sand

Specially developed from soft crushed plastic, hand colored and mixed to form a material that will not abrade paint finishes. Use to cover and blend figure bases into sand / grass mats/

Coverage 144 square inches (12" x12") to a depth of 2-3mm.

When creating dioramas the bases of figures tend to make the display unnatural as they usually don't match the surface on which they stand. To create a natural effect JG has developed Plastic Sand and Plastic Soil which will not scratch or abrade the paint on your figures. The color of the sand matches all JG sand mats and the sand matches the new JG-TM009 sand and grass mat. See JG-TM009 in the mat section to see how the plastic soil blends figures into the mat.
