Civil War Artillery by Britains

The first Union Artillery set with Napoleon gun depicts a crew loading canister into the gun. Canister was literally a canister filled with lead balls – a large version of buckshot – and it was used against large troop formations at close range. It was devastating. Our popular 12 Pound Napoleon and 10 Pound Parrott Guns are now available as single pieces that can be used alone or with our new series of individual artillery crewman that are suitable as either Union or Confederate troops.

Two new single artillery crew figures help to round out the growing crew for our newly released Napoleon and Parrott guns, while a couple completely new artillery sets join the steady march toward creating a battery for the North and South.
