On June 18, 1815, Chteau d'Hougoumont a large farmhouse garrisoned by the 2nd Battalion, Coldstream Regiment of Foot Guards, was attacked by the might of Napoleon's army.

This new 2010 release is a Napoleonic vignette inspired by the painting Gordons and Greys To The Front by Victorian artist Stanley Berkeley (1855-1909). The W. Britain scene depicts the combined charge of the Royal Scots Greys (2nd Royal North British) Dragoons and the 92nd (Gordon) Highlanders against the French infantry of D'Erlon's Corps at the Battle of Waterloo.

The elite 95th Rifles were trained as light infantry to act as skirmishers, sharpshooters and in other less conventional roles. They consistently performed with an lan and stubbornness that earned them respect and admiration throughout the army. The light infantry units did not carry standards or use drummers, but employed buglers to convey orders over the din of the battlefield
