The Sierra Toy Soldier Company, is a family owned business, located in
Los Gatos, California. We have a retail store with the items shown in our On-line store on display. We offer the finest quality historical figures, military miniatures, model aircraft and toy soldiers available on the internet.

When do we bill your credit card?
Your credit card is billed on the day we ship.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be billed
for this item until it is ready to ship. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48hrs.
Paying by Check
Yes we accept checks in US Dollars only. The check has to be from a
recognized USA Bank or financial institution. Please note checks take
10 business days to clear after we have received them. Once cleared we
will ship your order.
Paying by Money
Order and International order
Yes we accept Money Orders from recognized institutions. Please send a
money order via registered mail so we have to sign for it, that way you know
we have received it.
Paypal
Yes we accept PayPal. You can do this directly within the shopping
cart. If you prefer we can send payment to

Please Note: We do not recommend Paypal for Pre-Order Items or Out of Stock Items, as they will charge your credit

Shipping to USA Destinations:
Orders to USA destinations including APO destinations are either shipped for
free providing the minimum order value is $50.00 or have the shipping
included as shown in the description.
We insure all packages at no additional charge to you.
Standard and free shipping is Fed Ex Ground,
Fed Ex Home Delivery and USPS.
We do ship via UPS upon request.
Sales Tax 8.25 % sales tax will be added for
shipments to California residents. We do adjust the tax rate for city and
county.
Please note we cannot ship large packages to USPS PO Boxes. If
you are requesting a PO box, please let us know if it is a USPS box or not.
Express Shipment:
We offer express shipments by Fed Ex.
We offer Overnight (next business
day), 2 day business air, 3 day business air, and if if available in your
area priority express for Saturday delivery.
Because every
shipment is different we show an estimated cost. We charge the difference
between our Free Shipping via Fed Ex Ground an the Fed Ex Express price. If the
actual cost is more than the estimated cost we will contact you for your
approval.
Shipping to International Destinations:
We ship via Air Mail, and we offer for the
additional cost the ability to ship via Fed Ex International Express and
Economy.
We insure all packages at no additional charge to you.
Shipping Costs:
Because every shipment is different we show an estimated shipping cost. If the

Special Promotion:
We are currently offering a limited time promotion to International
destinations.
For orders over $250 of eligible items or greater shipped at the same time
we are either offering free shipping or reduced shipping charges.
Because of changes in postal costs we cannot always offer this promotion to
all International destinations. If we are unable to offer this
promotion on your order, we will email you with the shipping costs and
obtain your approval prior to shipping. You have the option to cancel
the order, as no charges have been made to your credit card.

International Customs Duties and Taxes:
Our prices and our shipping costs do not include any local customs duties or
local taxes. For information on duties and taxes please contact your
customs department. Typically most items arriving from overseas are charged
either Customs duty and/or local taxes. Every country has different
rules, so if you have questions please ask first and we will try to help.
It is your responsibility to pay any Duties and Taxes.
How to order by Mail
If you prefer, place your order by mail using payment by credit card, check, or money order. Please note that if paying by check, it takes the bank about 10 days to clear the check, goods are shipped when the check clears.

We accept orders by email. This is very easy if you have purchased
from us before and your address and credit card information is the same.
Send us am email, please tell us who you are, what you would like.
We will take care of the rest.
For new customers we can accept your order by email, but we do not
recommend sending your credit card information via email as it is not
secure. Either split up the card number and send it to us in a
couple of emails, we do require the CVV number, or even better phone us
or fax us this information.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any order.
If an order is placed, and there is a description or pricing error, we will email you within 24 hours, to advise you of the error, and to offer a resolution to the problem.

buyers' information to any third parties. We do not sell, share or distribute email address.
Back Order:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be billed until the item is ready to ship.
Shipping is free on Back Ordered items, providing the shipment value is over $50.00.
Pre-Orders:
You can reserve items not yet released (Pre-Order), limited editions, and new pieces, have them shipped as soon as they are available.

Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30 day total satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem first.
We accept returns but only if a return authorization has been issued. Returns without an authorization will not be accepted

Manufacturers Defects:
Should you receive a packaged item that is damaged from the manufacturer, please let us know and we will let you know where to send it for an exchange.
In most cases, we will handle the exchange and the shipping fees.
